Privacy

We collect only what’s needed to reply to your messages and, if you ask for it, to send the studio newsletter. Your information is never sold.

When you send the contact or commission form, the name, email and message you type are delivered to Keziah so she can reply. Nothing else is gathered from that form. If you subscribe to the studio list, your email address is held by the email service that sends it, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout and are handled entirely by Stripe — this site never sees or stores your card details. Stripe shares with Keziah only what is needed to fulfil the order: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers everything that happens on their checkout.

Artwork & copyright

All artwork, images, and text are the copyright of Keziah / Kez Artistry. Purchasing an original or a print does not transfer reproduction rights. Copyright in a commissioned piece remains with the artist.

Photographs on this site are of the actual pieces and are not digitally altered.

Terms of sale

Prices are shown in US dollars, and sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping costs, delivery times, returns, damage and lost parcels are all covered on the Shipping & Returns page, and that policy is the one that applies to your order.

Commissions are agreed separately in writing before any work begins. The proposal sets out the artwork, the price, the deposit and the estimated timeline. Commission payments are arranged directly with Keziah, not through the Buy buttons here.
