Shipping

Every piece is packed by hand by Keziah. Originals ship within 1–3 business days and prints within 3–5, then 2–5 business days in transit via USPS or UPS. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.

Originals are fully insured, and a signature may be required on higher-value pieces.

Shipping is within the United States for now. If you are outside the US, get in touch and Keziah will work out what is possible.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Local pickup

Free in the Charlotte area, by appointment. Choose local pickup at checkout and Keziah will email you after your order to arrange a time.

Returns

Originals may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and original packaging. Return shipping is insured and paid by the buyer. The refund is issued once the piece arrives back safely; original shipping is non-refundable.

Prints are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Commissions and custom work are final sale.

Arrived damaged?

Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the box and the artwork, and keep all the packaging — it is needed for the claim.

A damaged print is replaced. A damaged original is refunded in full or repaired, whichever you would prefer.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, Keziah files the claim with the carrier and you receive a full refund or a replacement. You do not have to chase it.

Cancellations & addresses

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the piece ships.

If an order is returned because the delivery address was incorrect, the buyer covers the cost of re-shipping.
